This is a project adapted to the geographical and topographical situation of the plot. Its design has also been influenced by the typology that predominates in the area. The orientation and its predominant position on extensive views have formalized the solution.

The project is developed as a composition of two volumes, rectangular in shape parallel to the street and providing the best views towards the sea side with a terraced layout along the entire length. The roofs are designed with gardens. A solution has been proposed that offers significant openings towards the Northwest orientation (sea views) and more opaque enclosures in their alignment with the street. In the rest of the plot, terraces and landscaping will be formed that complete the project.
