22@ student residence

The residence houses 253 rooms of different types that adapt to the needs of the user: individual, Premium adapted (accessible) and clusters. The rooms are compact and functional, allowing maximum use of the floor without losing user comfort.

The hallways, which cross the blocks longitudinally, are set back at the entrances to the rooms and end with a window that provides natural light and a view of the street.

Each plant has a color that is reflected both outside and inside. On the interior facades, the color is introduced through metal frames on the windows that at the same time provide solar protection to the sunnier rooms. On the other hand, inside, the color is applied to the tiling and flooring in the rooms and in the setbacks of the hallways.
