The new volume crosses the existing building and remains elevated marking the access. The main façade has a dynamic design thanks to the inclined lines.

The interior distribution is organized around the vertical core and with glass dividers to achieve an open and bright design.

All floors are connected by an interior patio that at the same time allows natural light to enter the interior of the building. The curtain wall enclosures have been designed to optimize the building’s energy consumption and take advantage of sunlight.

The solutions applied in the project give the building a corporate and representative character.
