The intervention corresponds to the interior renovation of the premises in the building located in the Eixample area, at 282 Provença street in Barcelona. The premises occupy the ground floor, a basement and the loft. It also has a backyard with two levels.

The entire design is based on the axis created by interior patios. The new patios are aligned with the access, creating an impact effect upon entering and allowing the entire project to be organized. The double spaces and patios that penetrate vertically into the premises allow natural light to reach all corners of this floor and ensure the feeling of spaciousness.
