The volume contains 3 uses: the underground parking, the ground floor premises and the offices on the upper floors. At the height of the first floor, a green horizontal separation is introduced.

The garden plant recovers the green space lost with the construction of urban land and guarantees its flexible use. The garden can be converted into a rest area, terrace for the restaurant or public park accessible from street level.

The volume of the offices is an open space divided with green patios with vertical cores. The floors mark dynamic lines, which refer to the typical chamfer in Barcelona. The double façade of glass and metal panels characterizes the office part of the building. The composition of vertical metal lattice panels guarantees intimacy in the interiors, lightness and solar protection without limiting the penetration of natural light.

At night the building becomes a bright element within the urban fabric

The part free of buildings is intended for the recovery of green space. A plaza with access from the street is proposed, opening the interior of the block to the public and creating additional accesses for the premises located on the ground floor.

Thanks to these architectural solutions, an attractive and relaxing design is achieved that raises the level of comfort and functionality in offices.

The building has a modern but functional and flexible shape, which makes it a recognizable element in the 22@ neighborhood.
