The project is developed as a composition of a rectangular main volume horizontally parallel to the street to give the house the greatest southern orientation. The gabled roof predominates with a large overhang towards the west, which is the main entrance, and where a large access porch is generated. There is also a secondary volume located in front of the main entrance, also rectangular in shape, whose function is a garage and storage room.
The main volume has two floors: On the first floor is the double-height living-dining room and the kitchen, a staircase and a hallway with two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has a TV room, two bedrooms facing the south facade, a bathroom, a storage room and a laundry room.
A solution has been proposed that offers significant openings towards the South orientation and smaller enclosures on its northern alignment. A window facing west, which is protected by the large overhang and the windows of the main bathroom and laundry room to the east.
