The rehabilitation project consists of 7 semi-detached single-family homes organized around the ERA (central patio), as an organizing element of the complex and maintaining the existing earthen enclosures. In the buildable area there are homes composed of three floors above ground that have the same functional program.

The complex presented aims to integrate, respecting the construction characteristics of Cerdanya, and trying to ensure that its formal appearance maintains the essence of the current existing buildings.
