The work consists of the construction of a new Clinic
plant on a plot located in the center of the San Borja District, Lima, Peru. He
project concentrates the functions of attention center of various
specialties, through medical specialty institutes and centers of
clinical care, with an area of intervention, observation and admission of
patients.
A dynamic design is proposed for the volumes that make up the building. The exterior facades create a
continuous surface that folds creating interior patios allowing
better ventilation of the building and
penetration of interiors by natural light.
The project takes into account the orientation for the greatest
façade opening. This feature allows spaces that receive
the largest influx of people enjoy a warm and illuminated atmosphere
natural.
Treatment with ceramic slats ensures protection
solar and thermal of the building. The movement of façade surfaces
main between consecutive plants allows to achieve a light appearance
of the building.
