The project consists of two floors above ground and a semi-basement, rectangular in shape parallel to the street and providing the best views of the garden, with a layout with walkways and porches along the entire length. The roof is projected with an inclined gable, covering the entire surface with tiles.

A solution has been proposed that offers significant openings towards the front and back with views of the garden and pool.
