3 elevated volumes are proposed with respect to the street: main volume, for daily use, secondary volume with the rooms, and access volume that joins the other two.
The architectural design focuses on the light inclined roofs supported by solid wood joists and elevated thanks to a metal structure. The sloping roofs provide dynamism, lightness and a modern air.
The entrance has a surprise factor thanks to the opaque design of the access façade. This solution provides security and privacy before entering. Once inside, the perception of spaciousness, natural light and views of the garden is triggered.
The building opens towards the interior patio allowing good natural lighting and the connection of the interior with the exterior.
In parts of the façade where you want to achieve more privacy and solar protection, the use of wooden slats is proposed that close the porch and allow privacy to be given to the desired spaces.
